We frequently serves as local counsel for out-of-state lawyers in federal and state court. We provide guidance and input on custom, procedure, and substantive law in Florida.

Having experience clerking in federal court, we have invaluable insight on federal practice, procedure, and litigation which provides an excellent basis for Hewitt Law to serve as Local Counsel for out-of-state firms litigating in Florida's federal court system.
